You will need to know your pick up location, date and time, arriving flight number (if applicable), drop off location, date and time, and the type of vehicle you would like.

If you belong to Qantas Frequent Flyer or one of our other partner programs, have your membership number with you as you may be able to earn points on your rental.

Certain rates may require to be reserved in advance of when the vehicle is rented. Any advance booking requirement is contained in the terms and conditions of advertised rates, coupons or upon making a reservation.

Yes, you can check rates and availability without making a reservation through our website online on www.avis.com.au or obtain a quote by one of our friendly Avis Reservations staff on 136 333. Note, all rates are subject to change until you make a reservation.

Yes, you can save time and money by pre-paying most reservations. We offer a discounted rate when you pre-pay, however please note that cancellation/no-show fees apply. Pre-pay is not available for bookings made within 4 days of your travel or for Corporate rate bookings.

Avis will offer you the best rate based on the information provided at time of reservation. In some cases, the rate may change due to the changed conditions of your original reservation.

For security purposes all renters must have a credit card in their own name. It's not possible to collect a vehicle with someone else’s credit card.
