Exit concourse to upper level of terminal building. Turn to the right and go down the escalator to the baggage claim area. Turn left to the Avis counter. Show your drivers license and identify yourself as a Preferred Renter to the Avis rental agent in order to receive your preprinted rental document and keys.
General Directions
COUNTER: Located inside of terminal, near baggage claim.
VEHICLES: Located directly outside of terminal.
RETURNS: Same as pickup. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Park & lock the vehicle. Place keys & completed contract in the drop box located on the left side of the rental counter. NOTE - CUSTOMER is responsible for vehicle & all charges incurred, until the vehicle & contract can be physically closed out on the next business day.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
