You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn Qantas Points. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. To be eligible to earn double Qantas Points, you must make a new eligible booking between 12:01am (AEDT) 12 November and 11:59pm (AEDT) 12 December 2025, for travel between 12 November and 30 September 2026. Offer valid for new Avis car and commercial vehicle rentals booked. During the promotional period, and on qualifying rentals, members will earn 8 Qantas Points per $1 spent on time and kilometre charges (the base rate) with Avis in Australia. Members will also earn 1400 Qantas Points on eligible international bookings. An eligible international booking is an Avis rental at participating locations in New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe.

Qantas Points are not accrued on GST, car ancillaries, optional extras (such as car seats, coverage, excess reduction or roadside assistance), or fees and charges including but not limited to excess kilometres, one-way fees, airport fees, late return fees, collection or recovery costs, roadside callout fees, refueling service charges, location surcharges, optional coverages, local taxes, and GST on these charges.

Qantas Points will be credited up to eight weeks after the car rental. Members must provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of booking to earn Qantas Points.
