Apple Maps or Google Maps are great tools to locate most paid and free charging stations across Australia. Using these apps, you can even add a charging stop in your trip planning and filter 'charging stations' to only include fast chargers and your required plug type.

At some charging stations, you may need your own account to be set up with the charging provider via their smart phone app. We've included links for some of the most well-known charging provider apps here.

If you have a breakdown, a flat tyre, or run out of charge, please call Roadside Assistance on 1800 063 973.
Please let the team know it is an electric vehicle you are driving.

To avoid additional charges for Roadside Assistance support, we recommend you purchase Roadside Assistance or one of our Coverage Packages. If you’re not covered by Roadside Assistance or one of our Coverage Packages, a call-out fee of $255.62 will apply for non-mechanical and customer at fault Roadside Assistance.

To avoid additional fees, please charge your Electric SUV to at least 77% before returning. We've outlined the applicable charging fees in our Avis Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions.

Unfortunately, due to our own charging infrastructure at locations, Avis Electric SUV rental is not available for one-way rentals. You are required to pick-up and return the car to the same location.
