Introducing Avis Connect, a free pick up and drop off service to seamlessly connect visitors between the Opera House and Circular Quay
Sydney – Tuesday 11 April 2023. Leading car rental company, Avis Australia and Australia’s premier cultural institution, the Sydney Opera House have announced a three-year partnership designed to create seamless experiences for visitors and audiences as international and domestic travel continues to bounce back.
The partnership will present opportunities for the two organisations to collaborate on a range of innovative experiences aimed at enhancing the customer experience for the almost 11 million people who visit the Opera House site each year.
Over the term of the partnership, Avis will support an enhanced pick up and drop off service for visitors, designed to make the journey to and around the Opera House a seamless and accessible experience. The Avis Connect shuttle service includes a new accessible bus for travel between Circular Quay and the Opera House, as well as three buggies to transport visitors around the Opera House precinct.
