Avis Ranks 1st in Australia Car Customer Satisfaction

Avis Car Rental Ranked Number One in Australia Car Hire Customer Satisfaction.
Car hire company Avis has been awarded Canstar Blue's Most Satisfied Customers Award for Hire Cars for the second year in a row.
Avis received the award after Canstar Blue commissioned market research company Colmar Brunton who received responses from 424 Australians who had hired a car in Australia in the last 12 months.
Canstar Blue spokesperson Rebecca Logan said the survey showed Avis customers were the most satisfied with their hire car experience - the brand receiving five stars in every category considered.
"Avis has done very well to successfully back up last year's win with the top spot in our Hire Car ratings for 2013 and receives our award for the Most Satisfied Customers" Ms Logan said.
Avis received five stars for value for money, service, availability of vehicle booked, booking process, transparency of costs and fees, availability of accessories and overall satisfaction.
